Annette Young is the Executive Assistant to the President (Senior Director) at Shanghai Yiguo E-Commerce Co., Ltd. and Shanghai ExFresh Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. Since 2005, Shanghai Yiguo E-Commerce Co., Ltd. has been a leader in providing fresh products for medium to high-end urban families. Yiguo specializes in selling fresh produce, meat, dairy, and beverage products with self-run online and offline business channels. The company has over 5,000 employees, ships 200,000 orders daily, and purchases 200,000 tons of fresh products annually. Yiguo continues to grow and improve its delivery channels and supply chain infrastructure to better serve its customers.

Ms. Young is responsible for developing market strategy plans, annual plans, KPI reports, analyzing data, participating in the planning of various systems such as WMS/TMS/DMS/OTO, coordinating interdepartmental projects, and making plans for personnel and technology development. She is also in charge of real-time monitoring of the operations and distribution data of all warehouses across the country, and regularly checking the consistency between strategies and outcomes based on available data.

Ms. Young graduated from De La Salle University in the Philippines, where she majored in Industrial Engineering. Her previous working experiences are as follows: as an OJT she works in Unilever and helped develop the Supply Chain ECR database system and improving personal care productivity with time standards. After graduation, works as Operations Research Senior Associate at San Miguel Foods Corporation focusing on various company strategic and tactical projects, investment, network plan, operational productivity and so on. Prior to joining Yiguo, she works for more than 12 years in Asian largest fastfood chain Jollibee Foods Corporation, managing various departments in Philippines and China, from store operations system to Corporate Strategy management for all brands under company umbrella to Supply Chain management for all brands in China.
